PrepWise plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in US dollars at the start of each month.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account. You will not be charged again, and you keep access to your courses until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Refunds
Payments are not refunded, including for a month you have only partly used, except where the law requires a refund. Cancelling stops the next payment, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Changing your plan
- Adding courses (moving to a bigger plan) takes effect immediately. You are charged the new monthly price, less a credit for the part of the current month you have already paid for.
- Removing courses (moving to a smaller plan) takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for.
If a payment fails
If a monthly payment does not go through, you will get an email asking you to update your card.
